We would like to inform you that, with the aim of continuing to improve our facilities and the quality of our services, we will be carrying out remodeling works at our hotel, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje.

This ambitious project includes the transformation of "Comfort" category rooms into "Superior" ones, the creation of a new and exclusive Excellence Lounge, and the aesthetic renovation of the corridors on the guest room floors.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, we have planned the work based on the following premises:

• Noise schedule: The noisiest tasks will be carried out strictly from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Work phases: During the first few weeks, interior demolitions will take place in some rooms on the lower floors. From that initial phase until the final completion on July 19th, the work will be minor (decoration and installations) with no significant noise or disturbance.

• External logistics: An external elevator will be used for moving materials, avoiding the use of common areas by construction personnel.

• Room assignment: We will strive to assign you rooms located as far as possible from the areas under renovation.

• Operational services: We confirm that the rest of the hotel's services (pool, restaurants, and bars) will continue to operate completely as normal.
