Intertek Cristal is a global leader in systems and services for brand quality, standards management and risk management in the hospitality industry. Through a modular risk analysis program, they implement multiple checkpoints, offering solutions designed to manage hygiene, safety and security risks, as well as prevent the spread of infection in key areas such as lobbies and reception areas, restaurants and bars, gyms, spas, guest rooms and swimming pools. Circular Tourist Communities

We collaborate with the Circular Tourist Communities project, which manages biowaste to convert it into compost for the organic cultivation of fruits and vegetables, which will be part of the hotel's culinary offering.

Waste management

Regarding waste, the three “Rs” define our waste policy.

We reduce what we generate to the maximum, we also reuse with the philosophy of converting waste into resources, giving them at least a second use.

Everything that we no longer use such as bedding, furniture, we refer to social entities. And finally we recycle, both in the customer area and in the employee area, there are selective bins to separately deposit the fractions of paper and cardboard, packaging and plastics, and glass.
