For action lovers, we offer a wide range of exciting sports activities. Fitness classes, sports competitions, beach volleyball – there is always something exciting to do. In addition, you can enjoy our modern gym and a spacious outdoor crossfit area.

Gym

Our modern and spacious 170 m² gym is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It features a wide range of cutting-edge Technogym equipment to cover all your training needs, from cardio to strength training and functional training. We also offer virtual Les Mills® classes, a renowned company in the fitness industry that offers a wide range of exercise programs. Virtual classes are led by highly trained and certified Les Mills instructors.

Crossfit

You can also enjoy the only outdoor CrossFit center at the Costa Adeje hotels.

The CrossFit area is equipped with a wide variety of specialized equipment, including Olympic bars, weight plates, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, rings, squat racks, and pull-up bars.

These elements allow for a wide range of functional exercises.
