By registering at one of our hotels, you consent to the processing of your personal data and those of your companions for the purpose of managing the check-in and check-out of customers.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the obligation to register the entry of travellers, as set out in ORDER INT/1922/2003, of 3 July, on registration books and passenger entry forms in hotel establishments and other similar establishments, as well as the contractual relationship. The collection of this data is obligatory in order to carry out the entry registration. In case of refusal, it will not be possible to provide you with the accommodation service you have contracted.
Your data will be stored in our database for the legally stipulated number of years. We inform you that your data will be transferred to the State Security Forces by legal obligation. This communication is necessary for the performance of our services. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. No international data transfers will be made.
 Sending commercial communications and advertising

Your data may be accessed, where appropriate, by the competent public administrations. This communication is necessary for the provision of our services.  CV management

If you wish to work for HOVIMA HOTELS, given our internal policy on the collection of curricula, for better organisation and centralisation of information, curricular data must be sent via the portal https://rrhh.hovima.com/trabaja-con-nosotros/account/signup or by e-mail to the following address: cv@hovima.com. We also inform you that CVs sent to other email accounts will be duly deleted from our system. The purpose will be to manage your participation in the personnel selection processes in which you may be included in the companies that make up HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, S.L. and Santa María del Sur, S.A. All of this on the basis of your express consent accepting the privacy policy or by acknowledgement of receipt.

In the event that your application is successful, your data will become part of your file as contracted personnel and will be kept in the company for as long as you remain an employee and, after termination of the employment relationship for any reason, will be kept for the legally established period of limitation in labour matters.

In the event that your application is unsuccessful, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 6 months, so that they can be used in future personnel selection processes.

When registering for promotions and competitions managed by HOVIMA HOTELS, the participant will be asked for their express consent to be sent our promotions and news to the e-mail address provided, by means of newsletters and periodic communications to the same.
